What happens with SmartMONITOR?
Support availability
- Paid support will be valid from 2025.
- Paid support is divided into two different support levels.
Discontinuation
- SmartMONITOR will no longer be sold as a new product in new applications.
- For the expansion of existing SmartMONITOR systems and as spare parts, the hardware will be available until 31 December 2025.
Technical status
- The further development of SmartMONITOR has already been discontinued.
- The last update (version 5.3) was released in February 2023.
- There will be no adaptations to new operating systems or similar.
